FAQ
Everything you need to know.
Clear answers to help you understand how Klense Supply works — from your first inquiry to long-term production.
1
Blends & Formulations
19 formulations across three tiers: Budget Range (Blends 01–07), Mid Range (Blends 08–13), and Premium Range (Blends 14–19). All available in tea bag and loose leaf formats.
Yes. All blend names are reference names only. Every blend is supplied as private label — you can rename, rebrand, and position each blend entirely under your own brand identity.
Budget Range blends contain tea bases (black or green tea) and contain caffeine. Blends 14 and 15 in the Premium Range contain green tea. All other Mid Range and Premium blends are naturally caffeine-free.
Blends 09 and 15 contain Blue Butterfly Flower — pending regulatory clearance for Australia/NZ (approved in all other regions). Blend 17 contains Blue Lotus — not approved for Australia/NZ, partially restricted in Russia, Poland & Latvia. All other blends are clear across all major markets. Full compliance documentation available on request.
Our 19-blend curated system ensures consistent quality and fast time to market. Custom formulation development is available for qualifying partners — contact us to discuss.
2
Quality & Testing
Every batch is independently tested for microbiological safety (bacteria, mould, yeast, pathogens), heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury), and pesticide residues. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued with every shipment.
Soilon is a plant-based mesh that is fully biodegradable and compostable. Because the natural mesh weave is slightly denser than nylon mesh, it allows a slightly gentler infusion. For maximum flavour intensity with Soilon bags, we recommend a brew time of 4–5 minutes in freshly boiled water. This is a characteristic of the natural mesh — not a quality issue. All mesh types use the same premium botanical blends.
FDA Approved Facility, HACCP Ready, ISO 22000, GMP Certified, Halal Certified, Kosher Certified.
Yes. Full certification and COA documentation is available on request and included in our standard export documentation package.
3
Orders & Formats
USD 3,000 per shipment — approximately 400–500 units for retail formats. Applies to total order value, not per individual blend.
Yes. You can mix blends, tiers, and formats within a single order, subject to production practicality.
Two options: Soilon Mesh (biodegradable, plant-based) and Nylon Mesh. Both are available across all 19 blends in both 25-pack and 100-pack sizes, and in cardboard box or paper canister packaging. Soilon carries a small price premium as the sustainable, plant-based option.
Retail sizes (50g and 100g) are available in three packaging options: paper canister, tin, or resealable pouch. Bulk sizes (250g, 500g, 1kg) are available in resealable pouch only.
Tea bags are available in 25-pack and 100-pack only. Both sizes are available in both mesh types (Soilon biodegradable and Nylon) and in both packaging options (cardboard box or paper canister). Tea bags are not available in pouch packaging.
