The Indira Cancer Trust
One percent of every Klense Supply sale is donated to the Indira Cancer Trust — a Sri Lankan charity running 27 programmes in line with the WHO Cancer Control Strategy. Based at Maharagama, it operates the country’s first dedicated cancer helpline, plus livelihood development, hair and wig donations, paediatric cancer support at Apeksha Hospital, counselling, nutritional aid, and transport assistance for patients and families.
