Shipping & Returns
All orders are supplied under FOB (Free On Board) Colombo terms. Klense Supply handles production and export preparation. The buyer is responsible for freight and import logistics.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of private label manufacturing, orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. Returns are not accepted for custom-branded products.
Exceptions
In the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect production against confirmed specifications, we will review and resolve accordingly.
