Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all orders placed with Klense Supply.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed once final specifications are agreed and the advance deposit is received.
Payment
50% advance to initiate production. 50% balance before shipment. Production will not begin without the advance. Orders will not be released until full payment is received.
Custom Products
All products are custom-branded and produced specifically for the client. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Liability
Klense Supply is responsible for production quality and order accuracy based on confirmed specifications. We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs clearance issues, or external logistics factors.
